Payment
- Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing order, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances: If the service cannot be delivered as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are subject to our approval. Customer may cancel their order by providing written notice to care@harmoniihealth.com within same day of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests received after the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30 AED to cover the expenses incurred.
Limitation of Liability
- Harmonii International LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services.
- At Harmonii International LLC., our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.
